I honestly can't figure out one thing that is Mariah Yeater's evidence. Justin Bieber has a lot of evidence. Mariah Yeater has told everyone that Justin Bieber's body guard Kenny Hamilton escorted her backstage to meet Justin Bieber, Mariah had an interview with 'The Insider' a few days ago and they told her that they contacted Justin Bieber's body guard Kenny Hamilton to see if this was true, if he escorted a fan backstage and if he saw anyone with Justin Bieber that he didn't recognize. Justin Bieber's body guard Kenny Hamilton said that he never escorted a fan backstage and he was with Justin Bieber the whole time Justin Bieber was backstage and he said the only people Justin Bieber was with was Justin Bieber's best friend Ryan Butler, Justin Bieber's mother Pattie Mallette, Justin Bieber's hair dresser Vanessa and Justin Bieber's body guard Kenny Hamilton the media told that to Mariah Yeater on 'The Insider' and she said "no comment". To have backstage passes you have to personally know that celebrity, someone that celebrity works with or someone that is in that celebrities crew you cannot win or purchase backstage passes but you can win meet and greets by entering contests and Mariah Yeater doesn't personally know Justin Bieber nor anyone he works with. Mariah Yeater claims that they had sex in the bathroom because there is no videos in the bathroom to prove that it actually happened. Shes going to get in trouble no matter what the answer is. In California it is illegal for a 16 and a 19 year old to have sex so she would be in jail for statutory rape if she is found lying, she could face up to two years in jail. She will have to prove to the court that she has sufficient evidence that Justin Bieber is indeed the father of her child. And again this all must be done under oath. Also, Justin Bieber plans on sueing her. Justin Bieber plans on going to court on December 15, 2011 at 8:45 AM. Shes going to get torn up in court because Justin Bieber has so many things to prove, Mariah Yeater should of used her brain before she started this.
