1) Are you constantly tweeting things that are of no interest to your followers? if so, people who are uninterested will unfollow you.

2) There are these accounts posing as "hot girls" that are not real people that follow just to get followed back. If you don't follow them back after 3 or 4 days, they will unfollow you.

Maybe you are not that active and your followers find it boring, that's why they unfollow you. With this I suggest you to restore your followers by being active in social sharing network like http://keeko.com/ to grow your social following without worrying of being unfollowed.
