How do i restore factory settings to a blackberry curve?
I recently gave my blackberry curve to my brother..It set up to my email & password. Its really usless to him because he can't access his facebook or email. Its totally customised to my standards. How can I restore the factory settings as if the phone was new?

If you want to completely wipe the BB to the basic factory settings, there are a couple things you can do. The easiest is probably going to Options - Security Options - General Settings. Here, click Password and then choose the option to Wipe Handheld. This will wipe most everthing (email, call logs, etc.)

The other is setting a password, locking the device, then mis-entering the password 10 times in a row. This does the same thing as choosing Wipe Handheld.

Any additional applications you loaded, you may need to delete manually. To do this, go to Options - Advanced Options - Applications, then click on any app you wish to delete and select Delete.

Hope that helps.
