What is happening to One Direction's Take Me Home album?

It was suppose to come on out November 13. But I logged onto tumblr today, and there were leaks all over the place. Same with youtube and twitter. It started, like, yesterday. So I don't understand this. Who started all this leaking? And also, on tumblr, I saw this picture of the Take Me Home Album (like, the ACTUAL case, not just a picture of the cover) and the caption was "Look what I got!' So I am really confused right now, how did these people get their hands on it already, and how did it all start?

I heard that someone from brazil somehow got the entire album and started leaking it

I know right! Like 'Rock Me' was trending on Twitter yesterday! I feel so bad for listening to their leaked songs! (or well only 'Rock Me' but still!) They've worked so hard on this album and wanted it to be a big suprise for us!

I found out what happened! A girl's dad who's friends with a someone who works at a record shop got her the CD early and leaked it all over Tumblr.
