education includes wide range of topics and is essential for growing person.people in their childhood to adultscent is all about learning.if they're taught behaving illegitimately then they would become illegitimate to society in the future.by contrast,people have get education about doing right things then won't do wrong things in adult.education is more important than others

I personally want to do a PhD (education field) to teach university level students to open their minds, be less materialistic (get out of the matrix we live in), and care and love more their brothers and sisters around the World. Yes, money can buy house, drugs, sex and so forth, but they can not buy respect, love, home, family....

Youngsters live in a transitional stage of their life where they have to change from living as a child to start behaving as an adult. This is a crucial and rather uncertain period of their life where they need good and proper guidance in order to take decisions that may alter their life in the future. Therefore, it is primordial that they should be guided in all aspects of their life such as education, living in society and also sports field.

In the educational field, youngsters should be guided in such a way so that they not only receive proper education but they also develop other important skills such as leadership skills and other skills that are linked to career planning, and financial and marketing skills. Also, young persons should be trained to become more creative and be able to develop new ideas. All these ensure the self-development of youngsters and prepare them to face the 'world of work" when they finish their education. These programs should be implemented by schools and other educational institution and qualified personnel should be appointed for this.

In the social field, it must be assured that youngsters are able to interact and mingle with people of their surroundings as well as behaving in a well mannered way with them. Also youngsters should be able to recognize and try to solve problems that they may find among them so as to create a safe environment free from any instability. Parents should also play their part in empowering youths to be better adapted to live in society. Youngsters should also be encouraged to join associations and bring about their help.

In the sports field, youngsters should not only be encourage to take part in sports events but they should also be reminded that a fair competition, the respect of rules and sharing of ideas and opinions among different sports' parties should be implemented when taking part in sports events. For example, in a international sports event, youngsters should not only be given the spirit of winning but should also be motivated to develop good relations between the different countries present.

Guiding youngsters does not only ensure their personal development but also ensures the future of a whole nation.
