Twitter problems that have lingered for days?

Alright.
I haven't been able to tweet ((er, "update")) on twitter for the past few days. Every ONCE in a while I can tweet something or reply to someone, but this is once a day, if AT ALL.

I know there are a lot of limits on twitter, which makes it SUCK, but I haven't been reaching any lately. I can't follow either.

When I try to tweet someone or just tweet something in general, I click "update" and there's this little....loading indication, like little dots moving in a circle. I'm sure you know what I mean by that, hahah. It looks like it's loading, but my update never actually posts.





I'm also having a following problem. I can't follow anyone. I click "follow" and it just won't let me. I know the following limit is 2,000 people, but I'm only following 50!




If anyone has suggestions, I'm open to anything.
I already tried switching browsers ((I use firefox and I tried Internet Explorer)) but nothing has worked.
