How to tweet to the people i am following?

I just opened a twitter account and i want to twit on somebody i follow. How?

Whenever you tweet anything, both your followers and people you follow see it.

Just type the '@' symbol and their username so if their username is billybob you would type in '@billybob' without the ' You type this on the home page of twitter when you're LOGGED in.

Login in your Twitter account.
After login in your home page you will see the tweet of your friends.
you can Tweet them by simply click on Retweet option.

In your Tweet, include the at symbol directly before the targeted user's name (e.g., @username). This message will be added to your timeline. If the targeted user is following you, then your Tweet with appear in his or her timeline as well. If he or she isn't following you, then it only will be added to the private replies list each user can access from the homepage on the right-hand menu.
