how can i find out who is hacking my i pod touch twitter account and report them?
this person hacked into my daughters twitter account and is swearing. i have changed her account three times nothing works. please help

Tell the people that someone is hacking your account change the password to something no one will figure out and if all else fails delete the twitter account. Make the password hard though.
