Have any of you ever gotten your twitter account suspended?
My friend got her twitter account suspended today for spam (woops) and she's freaking out. She's sent Twitter an e-mail and they replied to her and told her that they will un-suspend her account, but it's still suspended. Is there anything else she can do or does she just wait?

To reopen an account takes up to 24 hours
