Is it possible for someone to find out you have viewed their twitter?

Ive looked at someone's twitter recently and she had been tweeting that she can see who views her twitter and she has proof. I've looked to see if there are apps for it but I can't find anything? Is it possible??

Nah. Not a chance. Either she's lying (doubt it) or her accounts been hacked with spam links, saying that its easy to get this app that doesn't exist.

Don't worry about it.
Sorry if I'm wrong though, but I really don't think I am. Facebook is much more advanced yet there's no way anyone can tell if you've viewed their profile- and there are gazillions of links which say 'Click here to see who views you profile!'
