If they're really best friends, then someone probably hacked it, or maybe it's a publicity stunt or maybe they did actually have an argument, because even the bestest of friends argue ;] ... who knows

No I don't think anyone hacked. When they get hacked they'll be quick to let you know. I don't think it's serious either though. Celebs are always tweeting for attention. Either that or maybe it was some kind of fun for them.
