Was my twitter hacked?

I logged into twitter on my iPhone (safari) and EVERYTHING was retweeted and favorited. like everything from everyone I follow. I freaked out. I logged onto twitter on my computer, but it was normal, like nothing ever happened. same with the twitter app, its normal. it keeps showing up (on my phones internet) that I faved/rt'd everything constantl; it's never ending. this is so weird, what's going on?
