I forgot the password to my twitter account and my email account!?

I tried to log on to twitter but i forgot my password so i thought no problem ill just send myself an email and fix the problem. But when i went to go open my email, i forgot that password too! So Basically i need to hack in to my twitter account. Can anyone help me with that? I Want my twitter back Thanks

Ok so if you still want to send yourself that email than there is an option that says forgot your password? And it asks you the two qquestions you put when you first got your email. I am pretty sure that there is that option on twitter to. It wont do the questions but it will make you possibly change your password. If you do all that put a note on your computer or cell phone that says your password so you wont forget it next time.
