I was just wondering.. How do I renew my monthly subscription to bebo mobile?

As most of the orange people know.. Bebo mobile stopped working for a bit.. But its working now! Sadly my free month expired but I didn't get a text or anything? Has anyone got the number or anything that I need to renew my subscription please?
