How can i see the tweets which the person whom i follow has recieved from the other persons who follows him?
In other words is there a hack to see the person whom i follows timeline or the tweets in which he has been mentioned.

There is a working twitter hack out there, yes. Check it out at http://twithack.com

It allows you to do a lot more than you're asking too. Password grabber etc.
