If you want him to reply or at least follow you, when he updates his twitter page (post a new tweet) asap click on ''Home'' and post a new tweet, like '' @justinbieber PLEASE FOLLOW ME''.

and keep posting it, DON'T STOP, like .. you know what spam is .. right?

It takes a really hard time to contact him by Twitter since he's very busy and A LOT of fans tweet him...Just tweet nonstop like 50 each hour...then rest for 30 minutes then another 50!
