My twitter got hacked..plz help!!?

so i haven't had my twitter account for 24 hours yet and i ALREADY got hacked! tweeted for times with the same link. i deleted them, but how do i stop them from hacking again? i got hacked on my old youtube twice, but they're harassing me now by going into my accounts! i already changed by password, but what else can i do???
