What are the dimensions of a Twitter background?

I want to make a Twitter background, but what are the dimensions so it fits perfectly? I'm using PhotoFiltre so any unit is good

It depends on what you're creating, but usually 1600×1200 to ensure it scales for large monitors.
Try these figures:
File Dimensions: 1600×1200
Sidebar Dimensions: 235×450
Horizontal position: 20 px from the left
Vertical position: 95 px from the top

The background in Twitter is not a fixed size. If it is tiled then it will be repeated to fill the browser window. If it is not tiled then it will be centred in the browser window.
