Get a website and promote using multiple methods. Include your website on all printed and physical elements of your business (fax, letterhead, e-mail footer, signs, trucks, building, ads, etc).
Create content that is educational, informative, and entertaining. Use the website to answer the questions you get daily in your business. Have a blog setup as part of the website to drive traffic (people & search engines) to your website. Use feedburner or similar RSS signup to allow people to get updates by e-mail or RSS feed.
