How do I get his attention over twitter?

There is this guy I have liked since last year. We have had a couple classes together but we only spoke a few times. He would always stare at me and then look away when I turned his way. His cousin who took my bus home from school told me that he was thought I was hot...that comment came out of nowhere too. So I kind of realized that he has noticed me somewhat.

Now that school is over I don't see him around, but I had the nerve to follow him on twitter and he followed me back. He follows everyone back it seems like though. Recently he has been retweeting my tweets, and he doesn't rewteets other people's tweets too often. If he does it is people that he talks to. And we havent spoke since school ended. I wanted to dm him but I don't wanna be creepy. Is there anyway I can get him to notice me over twitter?? I have tried posting tweets I knew he would retweet and he did retweet most of them.
