help me, my account has been hacked?

Okay, I was tweeting through my twitter that was @jvillegasbieber but then it suddenly logged out, and i couldn't log in. I check my email: Bloom_karl@yahoo.com to find an email saying: your email has changed. I don't know what the username for the hacker is now. But i know the hacker has a personal email and it's @idopebieber please i need my account back, it had 12k followers.
How do i get it back?
