does a person know when you look at twitter account?
I looked at someone's twitter account and tweets, are they notified or do they know that I looked?

No, they don't know and they don't get notified. Just like on here, you can click on my avatar and see my profile and I would never know when you did. Same with our Pulse Profiles, anyone can look at those as well.

On Twitter it is encouraged that you check someones account, you may find more people to follow, then they may follow you as well.
