Is there a particular time frame after which Facebook deletes your account if you have deactivated it?
Twitter mentions that your account will be deleted 30 days after you have deactivated, unless you reactivate the account withing that time frame. Is there a similar figure for Facebook as well?

There is no time limit. A deactivated account can be reactivated any time you want. All you need to do is log back in to that account and it is automatically re-activated. If you want to delete the account, it has to be done as a separate request. Here:

had deactivated my Facebook account 6 months ago and recently needed to download a photograph which was only available on my Facebook profile. To my surprise, it reactivated without any issues and all of my data was intact. So, to answer your question, Facebook does not delete your profile even after it has been deactivated for a number of months.
