Twitter hacked by pervs (and tweets gross links!)? Help!!?

On my twitter account it TWEETS links to "inapropriate" websites! I don't know what to do?? Why could this be happening and how do I stop it? How did they get access to my account in the first place??? Everyone is going to think I'm a perv!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need help! And I usually use the twitter on my blackberry.

I did change my password but I am worried it will keep happening! Thanks!
BTW this is the second time I asked this but no one else was answering and it's always busy here.
A few days ago I got a message from someone saying "I found these funny pics of you!" Then the gave a link to me to a twitter login page and I tried to sign in but there were no pictures. So do you think it was a fake login page and now they have my info? Ugh I feel so stupid for falling for that

Maybe you pressed a link and that's how they got access to your account. If I were you, I'd change the password of your twitter account and delete it and create a new one and tell everybody you know that someone hacked your account.
