They believe that they are there to run our lives, which is basically exactly backwards. They are OUR hired help, for them to further grease their own wheels should have never been tolerated. If someone worked for me, not that any of them do, but if they did and then gave themselves a raise. I don't recall being part of the negotiations so I wouldn't pay it. What are they going to do?
