Twitter got hacked and I forgot email I used to create account HELP?

So whoever hacked my twitter changed my password and all I need to know is the email address I used to create it and I created my account so long ago that I forgot. Is there any way i can find out that email through my twitter username? please help thanks

Put in your user name and then click on forgot password
they will send an email with a code to reset
Once in there you can change things back again by going
into the account settings
If you don't see the email check the Spam folder
