What does blocking someone on twitter do?
One of my follower receives my tweets to her phone. I wanna know if blocking stops a follower from recieving my tweets to her phone?

It just prevents you from seeing any of their tweets to you. I don't think there's any way to stop that follower from getting tweets sent to their phone.
