find out who has hacked?

my facebook account has been hacked on 5th of july and on 6th of july the hacker send an awefull email to one of my relative. but that relative was not in my friend list.
if i complaint to the IT Department can they find out on 6th july who has send that email and from where that hackers IP Address.

Just make a new Facebook account, telling people you got hacked, and to unfriend the other person. Also explain to the relative.

i believe they stole your IP address so they can get into blocked websites like in China youtube,facebook and twitter are blocked they might've stole your ip address to access blocked websites if you live in america or any place with no blocked websites than yeah that's why they might've stole it or the other reason is you have quite intresting stuff on your computer that's why sorry if i have any spelling mistakes or anything like that
