Like I said n facebook category im tryn to send an instagram pic to @danieltosh on twitter. Bt it won't send to his tweet. Wtf do I do? Im new to this crap so idk everything.

Just make a post with the picture and tag him in it by typing @danieltosh. If not, he might have blocked you from tagging him? Or try using a different browser.
