How do I unblock a number from my phone?

I have a Sanyo Inuendo. I use Boost Mobile ;

I created a Twitter account with my phone, but after awhile i grew tired of getting messages every 3 seconds. Instead of going online and turning Mobile Notificiations off, i blocked the number (40404)
I'm wondering how i can unblock that number [40404], so i can get Twitter messages back
