Can you block certain users on twitter?

Just like Facebook are you able to block individual users from accessing your twitter account without making your profile private?

Yes, click on their profile, and on the right hand side, above the text box (to post messages), also to the right of the 'Follow' / 'Following' button, there's a shadowed head and a descending arrow.
It'll have an option to block the user.
