Never. You have to ask to have it restored.
Same thing happened to me where they thought I was impersonating some 'celeb', and they suspended me for it. So after months of emailing the admins or w.e back and forth, they finally gave me my account back with the same name, but with 'fan' added at the end. That just ruined my twitter name!! So therefore I quited that site.

you would have to start all over again just like here at yahoo answer under a different name my friend had both of her accounts suspended and had to start all over again
