Since when do liberals not support capitalism? I mean, some of the extreme ones, sure, but the vast majority do support capitalism. I'm not even a liberal but I know a lot of liberals.

Liberalism does not mean anti capitalism. This is easy, here I'll show you.

Liberals do not ignore the fact that capitalism's policies and greed render nations with a 2% wealthy class and a 'damn the rest' of the millions unable to afford health care for their elderly or pre-natal care for babies or even healthy food for themselves. Capitalism at its extreme has caused great damage to many, Three mile Island, chemical and oil spills and clear cutting of forests have destroyed the environment with little retribution to the greedy corporations involved. In my world you make a mess, you clean it up and take responsibility for it.

When profit is the bottom line the corporation will dump toxic waste in another countries rivers which slowly kill off its population or endanger people with a chemical leak in places such as India or Mexico.
They will also hire anyone who will work for less and treat them like slaves without rights as long as their profit margin rises. The rich get richer and to heck with the rest of them. Capitalism succeeds for a very short time in countries who leech off the poverty of others, and anyone with any kind of ethics would understand that.

Free market economies work in nations for a short time, they also harm and starve people to death in the short term, they also destroy individuality and culture in less advantaged nations.
Socialism exists and works in many countries in the world. It creates an educated, healthy population with a lower infant mortality rate, with a good quality of life as well.

No one in my country dumps their elderly or disabled in parking lots because they cannot pay for medical care or any sort of geriatric or child health care. They do not raise children who starve or go without health care because corporate culture cares little for the human beings it uses, instead of ethical behavior which educates and creates a healthy well balanced population.

The deny the morals and install their own morals then demand we except their morals.
Examples:
The NY mayor reject 440z drinks but wants MJ.
The 1st lady is ashamed of America but is willing to spend 10 million o0f the tax payers money.
They want to protect murders but kill innocent babies in the womb.
They hate energy but complain about the high cost of gas.
They want no off shore drilling but will pay Brazil 1/2 billion for them to drill off shore.
They want to play God but reject the Ten Commandments.
Communism only succeeds when the government doesn't pay for the work aka like China child labor.
China was never prosperous until they took over Hong Kong.
The most prosperous times was under Harding, Eisenhower, Regan and Bush until 9-11. Those that claim Clinton forget the contract with America by the GOP. Clinton under a DNC congress went into a recession.
Woodrow Wilson who imposed the income tax (on a lie) and imposed the Jim Crow laws lead us into a depression,
FDR never got us out of a depression.
The only thing that communism, socialism, progressive or liberalism have is a big lie and empty promises.
Note no freedom exist in communist China, Cuba, N. Korea, Russia and others.
