How can I un follow people on twitter that follows me?
I have been un following people on my twitter cause they no longer use it but their twitter is still there and they follow me so if their following me how can I remove them off my twitter?

You can block or unfollow them. The steps are a bit different for each so I included the links from Twitter Support for each process:
