I haven't taken a position on it yet because I know the media is very proficient at getting it wrong in the early hours or even days of a story.

What I have noticed though are the same people who don't wait and loudly bash a Conservative who is accused of a like offense making excuses for Mr Weiner.

I'm not completely sold on either side, but i'm leaing more towards it being fake... my defense being that I honestly can't imagine a congressman being dumb enough to send a picture like that to a random girl over something as high profile as twitter, but you never know.

don't really care one way or the other, so i can't be "wrong". from what i've seen of the story, i imagine he got hacked. have to be a major lapse of reason to actually put himself in that position.

Agreed . Guilty is guilty . Weiner has been on Breitbart's hit list for a while now so let's wait and see the facts . I fail to see why Weiner would do such a thing knowing full well it would be exposed .
