My Twitter account still has me locked out!?

i forgot my email and password for twitter so when i went to resend a email password reset it sent it to an email i no longer have access to. and when i go to change the email options or anything to try and get my twitter account back it says im locked up ive been locked out since 1:30 am and its now 4:30 pm ? and im still locked out why wont it let me try again?

I saw someone post on Twitter saying that they were locked out for a week. I don't know what's going on. You might have to wait a week or probably been hacked.
