Is there a way to search Twitter users by their email extension?

I have been tasked to find all Twitter accounts using email accounts from our company (so I want to search for all user accounts with emails ending in @companyxyz.com). I am not currently on Twitter. Is there a way for me to do this without or with an account?

If you do not have a Twitter account you can only search for topics unless you know the persons handle (or @username). If you have an account, you are able to use the Find People search. With the Find People search you are able to put anything into the search, whether it be a name, or an e-mail address. If you put in just the ending @companyxyz.com, you may find some results. Just know that not everyone has their e-mail listed.

I did a simple "people search" for "@yahoo.com" and users with their e-mail added to their profile were listed.
