Can you report an account on twitter if the account is disabled?

I want to report a account on twitter for impersonation, but when I looked back at the account it was disabled. Can I still report it and do you think twitter can give me the email or something of the person doing it or is that a violation of safety?

Well...I don't think that Twitter would give you the person's e-mail address, but I don't know for sure. They might. If the account is already disabled, then I guess that someone or several people already reported that account. I hope this helps!
