how do i set my twitter account to see everyones tweets? some people i follow i cant see unless i go to thier page....

You have to follow them of course. if the tweet of a person you followed starts with an @ sign and the person that was tagged is under your list of 'following'. then you should be able to see all the tweets between the two, without specifically going to each profile.
