When you look at your children don't you feel that you're to big to fail too? How come the GOP is against Social Security, S-Chip, National medicine and other pro-life measures?

Republicans have deregulated everything they could claiming that the free market will take care of itself and look how they now prop up their BS with our tax dollars.

The entire situation was caused, part and partial by democrat machines, created to generate wealth for leftist operations. Democrats fought tooth and nail to prevent the unrestricted spending created by Fannie and Freddie, so smell your own hole first.

Its been that way since the Federal Reserve act of 1913 was passed. The crooks taking care of the crooked.

The amazing thing is that the bottom %99 wealth holders in the USA have been duped that the top %1, if elected, will do great things for the bottom
%99! Its Reagan's nonsense "trickle down" theory.

Just look at these blogs, loaded with comments from people that don't have a pot to piss in, but think the greatest thing would be to hand over 8 more years to neo-con's that will move more of the tax burden onto the middle and lower classes. And these people call themselves "republicans" and "conservatives". What nonsense.

Democrats have fought to deregulate banking for years so low income Folks could get loans to buy homes. More regulation has been brought up but was killed by both parties. Both parties love SS because it has always been a moneymaker for government, but now, they start to realize it will go in the red soon. I have heard no real efforts by either party to deal with the coming shortfall. They just kick the can farther down the street. Maybe private funds aren't the answer, but then let's have something else presented, but no, nothing is done.
