Can you use the same email from a deleted twitter account on a new account?? 10 points!!?

I deleted a twitter account that I never used. Now I want to create a new account but using my same email, Is this possible? I read somewhere that you can't use an email that has already been used (even if deleted) and I read somewhere else that you can, aslong as the account has been deleted for longer that 31 days?? Please help! Thanks.

You can't on Yahoo, Laura, and I do not think you can on Twitter.
You can try it and see if it will work. If it ddoes not, you need to open a new account.
