What can someone find about me with my hard drive ip and IP address?
If someone knows my IP and hardrive IP address
what can they found out about me?
Like, I dont have bank card statements or pins or anything
I just use facebook, twitter, msn, like that. Could they find out my username and passwords for those sites?
Or hack into my computer and view my documents and other files?

EDIT - In answering your main question - if someone has your IP address they can find out who you have your Internet through (Your ISP, Ie, Comcast/AT&T) They can usually pinpoint your location down to City and State. With a court order, the ISP will release information about who you are, and where you live, etc.

Many tools like this are available on the internet. At the bottom of the page it will list your IP and you can select to look it up. The information it pulls will be available to anyone who has your IP address: http://whatismyipaddress.com/ip-lookup

If you have questions on basic internet jargon, google has a great site I recommend: http://www.google.com/goodtoknow/jargon/ ;

ORIGINAL ANSWER:
Your IP address is the mailing address to your computer when you are on the internet. In order for you to get any websites sent to you, or to receive any information off the internet, someone reaches you via your IP address. So every website you ever visit knows your IP address.

There is no such thing as a hard drive IP address. Just your IP address. (If anyone is using such a term it is only to scare you.)

As long as you have a firewall, and anti-virus, and are not infected with malware; there is no risk. In order to get anything done on the internet, you have to advertise your IP.

This IP "mailing address" is also why when you commit crimes on the internet, they can locate it back to you.

You can go to Google and type in "What is my IP address?" and it will report your public IP address. It is possible if you are behind a router, that your IP address 'inside' your network is different then the public IP address. This is technical, and you need not worry about this to answer your question.

Several things can be obtained from an IP address. Not sure what you're meaning with "harddrive IP" there isn't a harddrive IP. Finding usernames and passwords is possible if you have choose for those social networks to keep you signed in so you don't have to put in your username and password. Because that info is stored on your computer when you do that. Hacking in is also possible if no firewall is up.
