Is it possible to sell AVON online only with marketing making $2k a month?
Has anyone had success or been had with marketing Avon online selling and recruiting reps?

Recruiting reps might be difficult,selling Avon another story. The cosmetic business are huge, and to get a piece of the revenue, you need a lot of money to advertise it.
Forget about posting to free classifieds, it's not effective.

Maybe try http://www.oodle.com/pro. Social media might be your best option for now. You don't need a huge advertising budget, test it and see how the response will be.

The 1st 30 days are free, and you can cancel it if you don' t make any sales.
