I have this idea regarding selling online electronics, get them imported from abroad and sell them here, so what should be the first step or if anyone please help me out with full analysis of this business and please put your suggestions regarding the idea, it's not like any other electronics site, it's gonna be different as my main motive is to sell used electronics at a pocket friendly price, so please guys help me out with the full business plan. Analyze your competition. Copy what works for them, and improve on it anyway.
Know your market.
Figure out how you will raise capital
Figure out what you will offer that is unique.
Get on Linked it, and Twitter and network with other enttrepreneurs.
Cut costs ruthlessly, but never at the expense of your product and service.
