forgot email and password to twitter account?

okay so i am logged into my more recent and frequently used twitter account on my ipod. i just got an android and tried logging into my twitter account but i got my old one (which has been hacked. so thats why i dont use it). the only email i have was used for the hacked account and i tried the username with every password i could think of and nothing worked. i really really really dont want to have to start over. is there anything i can do?
