Organic Chemistry chair conformer?
Which is the least stable conformation for the molecule shown? I want an answer as badly as I want an explanation because I want to understand. Thanks for your help!

D is least stable as side chain is in axial position

and B will be the most stable as it is in equatorial position

A and C cannot be the answer because they are entirely different compound than what is given in the question
