How do I send a message to someone I am following on Twitter?
I am following someone on Twitter but they are not following me. I want to send them a message though, is that possible? If so, how do I go about doing that? I just signed up for Twitter last night so I'm new.

I'm pretty sure you can't send a private message to someone if they're not following you aswell
