My Twitters been hacked someone please help!?

My twitter account was hacked and I went on the website twit hack and when I tried to download the app it kept saying "error gateway loading" or something like that I tried downloading it on my phone, my iPad , and my laptop. I'm trying to hack my account back because everything including my email and twitter name was changed and I have no way of getting on. someone please help I'm trying to get my account back without making a new one. Thanks

It's highly unlikely you can "hack back" your account and likely lost it in the first place to this kind of thing or a simple phishing scam. CAREFULLY INSPECT WEBSITES, THESE THINGS HAPPEN ALL THE TIME.

Try contacting Twitter support though, they may be able to help you retrieve your account.
