Can we really make money from twitter account?

There are many application such as TweetTank, Twitter Traffic Exposed, etc that promise we can make huge amount of money after buying their application. I just want to know, is it true? Has anyone tried?

Here's how it works:

And start writing articles around a niche topic. Post these articles on social networking sites and get paid per click each times someone reads your article.

Once you have 15 to 20 niche related articles create an EBook and sale the EBook to people that would be interested in it. Use utilities from social netowrking Websites to find a target market to advertise to.

Now, call up your local libraries and offer free seminars related to your niche topic. Give the EBook to each of your attendees as a way of saying thank you for showing up.

If you get good results setup paid seminars at motels where you change a nominal fee for people to attend. Say you have 20 people show who each pay $20 for a 2 hour seminar. That would be $400 in your pocket.
