Has Herr Doktor ever told his supporters to stop hacking celebrity twitter accounts to make fake endorsements, spamming websites, gaming online polls and their use of intimidation tactics?

No, because he feels it isn't government's place to interfere with one's liberties & freedoms to hack random accounts and spam Ron Paul everywhere.
